• The trial period includes up to one week of classes at no charge.
• Participation beyond the trial period requires a signed membership agreement and enrollment in a formal program.
• Guest participation may be limited during special events, sparring sessions, or age-restricted programs.

10. Media Consent

By participating in our classes, events, or activities, you consent to the recording and use of your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials, photos, and videos used by Carson Fortner’s Pooler Karate And Krav Maga, Inc., DBA Pooler Karate.

• These materials may appear on our website, social media, or printed marketing.
• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify our staff in writing before participation.
• We respect privacy requests and will make reasonable efforts to honor them, especially when minors are involved.

11. Facility Surveillance and Safety

Our facility is monitored by 24/7 video surveillance for the safety and security of our students, guests, and staff. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded. Surveillance footage is used strictly for security, incident review, and operational safety. It is not shared publicly and is stored in accordance with our internal data policies.

12. Class & Service Availability

Class schedules, instructors, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to holidays, emergencies, or minimum attendance requirements. While we aim to maintain consistency, no guarantees are made regarding class frequency or instructor availability.
