  • review rating 5  Being pregnant & having a toddler has me feeling a bit vulnerable. After taking an introduction class to women's self defense with Carson & Miss Milllie, I feel much more confident. Carson's class, was extremely thorough, informative, realistic & fun. I highly recommend regular classes and any seminar he offers. I will do much more when this baby arrives since I have decided martial arts is a world I need to learn more about. Pooler Karate rocks.

  • review rating 0  For the past week, I have been lucky to be able to watch my grandson, Wylsun, in class at this school. It has been ultra enjoyable to see how the students and teachers interact. I definitely recommend this school for anyone who may need a little discipline and a lot of activity.
